Under this ‘Magritte’ sky it is hard to believe that the weather forecast for the coast is not promising ... it says windy and around 10°C less than here, in Taroudant.
Breakfast is so complete, that we don’t need lunch. We can easily live on two meals a day.
For the last couple of days we have had supper somewhere in the Medina, but tonight we are invited to share our meal with a group of ten tourists and maybe Sven, our host.
We were here, at Riad Taroudant, before and this second time for more than 6 nights.
We, therefore, enter the category of friends rather than the one of tourists.
We want to go back to the coast, but postpone departure from day to day - and Hans gets a hat ....
this snapshot myself. I don’t dare have a haircut here, where there are only barber shops with some kind of ‘lawn mover tool’ used for cutting mens’ at a length of 2 mm.
Yesterday’s early supper at Juane Soussia. Minced beef and vegetables for Hans, a huge - really huge - portion of crudités for me with a bottle of fizzy water totals a bit less than 70 Dh (7 €).
‘Juane Soussia’ is our favorite evening restaurant, both color- and peaceful.
Locals come here, too - probably because the Internet connection is free.
We like it because the food is good and the portions are generous.
Madame Jolie and Madame Fatima are buzy cooking for our supper already at 4 pm.
